He sets the strategic direction, builds the systems, and maintains the standards that define how the business operates — ensuring every client engagement reflects the level of care and discipline the business is built on. A lifetime on the Cassowary Coast gives David a market understanding that spans residential, rural, lifestyle, and commercial assets. Before establishing Leotta & Co, he spent over eight years as the largest commercial marine broker on the East Coast. He also brings many years of experience as a builder — continuing his grandfather’s trade — and significant experience in agriculture and large-scale agricultural management, giving Leotta & Co credibility across the rural and lifestyle property market that defines much of this region.

Alfio Barbera serves landlords, investors, buyers, and sellers across the Cassowary Coast and its hinterland. Born and raised in the region, he brings genuine local knowledge built over a lifetime — an understanding of the communities, the rental market, and the practical realities of managing property in this environment. Before entering real estate, Alfio spent 29 years running his own businesses across automotive, IT, and hospitality. That experience shapes how he manages property — with proactive communication, structured lease management, and a long-term focus on asset performance. Natasha Angeleski is Leotta & Co’s Business Development Manager, with over 17 years of experience in real estate and a 95% client retention rate. She works with property investors across the Cassowary Coast and hinterland — providing rental appraisals, leasing strategy, and structured onboarding from initial enquiry to management handover. Her focus is to position each property to perform from day one — not simply to lease it. She responds to all landlord enquiries within the same business day.
